1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly, including:
- Name and contact information (email, phone, address)
- Service preferences and project details
- Payment information (processed securely through third-party providers)
- Requests you send through the forms on our website
- Phone calls and text messages you send to phone numbers shown on our website or in our ads
2. Forms on This Website
Our forms ask only for what we need to call you back with a quote. The short forms on our offer pages ask for the service you need, your ZIP code, your name and your phone number. Our contact, EV charger and Christmas lights forms can also ask for your email, your address or city, project details and photos. Our forms never ask for passwords, bank or card numbers, or Social Security numbers.
When you send a form, it goes over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection to our own server at www.hitechelectricandfire.com, and Hi-Tech Electric & Fire Corp uses it to respond to your request. Your form details are sent only to our own server, together with the page you sent it from and the ad campaign that brought you, if any. Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel record that a form was sent (see section 6).
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide and manage our electrical services
- Schedule appointments and provide estimates
- Process permits and coordinate inspections
- Communicate with you about your services
- Improve our website and services
- Send promotional communications (with your consent)
4. Information Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information with trusted service providers who assist us in operating our website and conducting our business, provided they agree to keep your information confidential. We may also share information as required by law or to comply with permits and inspection processes.
5. Data Security
We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Our website uses cookies and similar tracking technologies, including Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel, to measure site performance and to analyze and improve our advertising. These tools may set cookies and receive information about your visit, such as pages viewed and form submissions, to help us understand ad performance and reach potential customers online. You can choose to disable cookies through your browser settings, though this may affect certain functionality.
7. Phone Calls, Text Messages and Call Recording
Our business phone line is provided by Quo, a third-party phone service. When you call or text us, Quo processes your phone number, the date, time and length of the call, and the content of text messages and voicemails, so we can answer you and keep a record of our conversations. Our website does not send your visit or your form details to Quo.
Some of our ads and older printed materials show tracking numbers from WhatConverts, a third-party call tracking provider, that forward to our office. When you call or text one of these numbers, WhatConverts may collect your phone number, the date, time and length of the call, and the content of text messages. Calls to these numbers are recorded and may be transcribed and analyzed automatically.
When a call is recorded, a recorded message at the start of the call tells you so. By staying on the line, you consent to the recording. If you prefer not to be recorded, please hang up and contact us another way. We use recordings, transcripts and call details to respond to your request, improve our customer service, and measure our advertising.
8. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your personal information
- Opt out of marketing communications at any time
9. Opt-Out
To opt out of marketing communications, click the unsubscribe link in any email or contact us directly.

Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
